Temporary HR Generalist

The temporary position lasts for approximately one year.

About the role and your responsibilities

In the role of HR Generalist, you will play a central role in supporting our managers and employees, as well as collaboratively developing HR processes to ensure that our staff thrives and performs at their best. The days in the role of HR Generalist are varied and challenging, focusing on the following areas:

• Recruitment: You will be involved in selecting the best talents through a fair and inclusive selection process that you drive together with the hiring manager.
• Leadership Support: In this role, you are an important sounding board on a wide range of personnel issues and a source of knowledge regarding labor laws that affect the work of managers and leaders.
• Administration: Ongoing administration is a large part of the job, such as handling employment contracts, record-keeping, and other related documentation. Some statistics and monitoring of key figures are also included in the role.
• IT Systems: You will identify improvements and streamline the use of various HR systems.
• Employee Support: You will also be an important contact person for employees, where you promote a trusting experience in various HR-related issues by listening, supporting, and offering advice.
• Work Environment and Culture: Through your role as well as your personality, you will co-create a positive corporate culture where every individual feels encouraged and respected.
• Improvement Work: By being part of our team, you will contribute to improving, clarifying, and streamlining our HR processes. In this role, you will also participate in projects related to personnel and organizational development.

This temporary position gives you the opportunity to develop and grow within the HR field and gain valuable experience. You will be an important part of our team and will work closely with your two HR colleagues.

• A talent for supporting the well-being and development of managers and employees.
• A completed academic education in HR and/or several years of experience that we assess as equivalent. If you also have experience in recruitment, this is considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills and an ability to build relationships.

• The ability to lead yourself and take responsibility for your development and competency supply to meet the assignment and contribute based on the organization's needs.

The position also requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as we operate in a wholly Swedish context. A B driver's license is an additional requirement, as you will need to travel between our various facilities in the role.

Terms and Application

This is a parental leave replacement at 100% lasting just over a year, starting in the spring of 2026.
